Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mmm) is so smart that he knows it’s George W Bush’s fault that Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was given a visa to enter the U.S. after the State Department was informed by Abdulmutallab’s father that he was a security risk. B.O. knows it’s Bush’s fault that Abdulmutallab was not subjected to increased security procedures when he attempted to board the Northwest Airlines aircraft after paying cash for his ticket and boarding without luggage. B.O. knows it’s Bush’s fault that Abdulmutallab was in contact with the same Islamist cleric in Yeman as was Fort Hood’s Major Hasan. B.O. knows it’s Bush’s fault that Abdulmutallab was nearly successful in blowing up the airliner – he was, after all, on three State Department watch lists and those procedures were created by … the Bush administration.
