Defending the Constitution in Honduras

Barack Hussein Obama is so smart that he knows that when the framers of the Honduran Constitution included a provision limiting their President to a single term, they were just kidding; he further knows that when the framers insisted on writing into their constitution a section making it illegal to attempt to change the term-limiting provision in the Constitution, they didn’t really mean it. That’s why B.O. knows it’s an illegal act when the Honduran Supreme Court, the Congress, and the Army support and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. What I don’t understand is this; what precedent is B.O. afraid might be set?
