Health Care Decisions Will Not be Made by Government

Barack Hussein Obama is so smart that he knows "health-care decisions will not be made by government" ... they will be made by the proposed Federal Health Board . It will determine what treatments doctors are allowed to offer, to whom, and under what circumstances.
