Barack Hussein Obama is so smart that he can give 95% of Americans a tax cut by creating a Value Added Tax that adds $3,000 per year to their cost of living, creating a Carbon Tax that adds another $3,000 per year, tripling the tax on a pack of cigarettes, and at the same time changing CAFÉ standards to increase the cost of an average new car by $1,300.
