Prosecuting Lawyers

Barack Obama is so smart that he knows that Bush administration lawyers should be prosecuted for the legal advice they provided; and that maybe Bush administration lawyers should be prosecuted for the legal advice they provided; and that Bush administration lawyers should NOT be prosecuted for the legal advice they provided.
